Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only.
Processing time
Every order is packed by hand with care. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Delivery options
- Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £[PRICE], usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Free standard delivery on orders over £[AMOUNT]
Packaging
Our ceramics are carefully wrapped to protect them in transit. Where we can, we use recyclable and plastic-free packaging.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@petrichorandpine.co.uk with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll look into it.
